TORQTIGHT Variable Stud Tensioners are versatile & allows the tensioning of different bolt sizes of thread forms, while utilizing a common load cell. All that is necessary is to change out the pullers and bridges to accomodate a different size. This versatility keeps tool inventory to minium.

OPERATIONS :
The operator places the Bridge and Load cell over the nut. Next he threads the separte Puller Bar onto the stud until it contacts the Load Cell. He then Connects the hoses and pressureises as per operating steps.
